Margaritaville Lake Resort, Lake Conroe Houston is a uniquely situated waterfront property offering 303 all-suite accommodations, extensive water and recreational activities including a three-acre waterpark and 80 boat slip marina, 72,000 square-feet of combined conference and meeting facilities, five unique Margaritaville restaurant and bar concepts, a large and luxurious on-site spa, tennis and pickleball courts, and an 18-hole waterfront golf course.
The Spa Attendant greets clients and introduces the facilities and program components to individuals and groups.
Furthermore, the attendant monitors the spa and fitness areas for cleanliness, safety, and provides direction or instruction when appropriate.
Qualifications:
TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCEAbility to communicate effectively in the English language.
Ability to transport, handle and/or lift 50 lbs.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Computer knowledge.
Essential Functions:
Following daily checklist for Spa and Fitness Center.
Keeping men's/ladies spas and fitness center areas clean, orderly, and well stocked with necessary items.
Answering the telephone identifying yourself, your department, and offering assistance.
Taking appointments either by phone or in person and recording the transactions in the appropriate area.
Greeting clients as they enter the Spa and Fitness Center.
Providing clients with tours and information related to the Spa and Fitness Center and its features.
Assisting clients and guests with proper equipment usage.
MARIGINAL FUNCTIONS:
Ability to work assigned shift/work schedule.
Ability to carry out tasks, written or verbal, as assigned by Management.
High School diploma or equivalent, ability to read, write and speak English.
One year of customer service related experience required.
Friendly, energetic, dependable and customer oriented.
Must be very detailed oriented and have the ability to work with a variety of customers, staff and management in a cooperative manner.
