Responsibilities:
- Perform general office administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Maintain technical job records, such as filing pictures, drawings and other documents - Receive incoming inventory material against PO's, and put away in warehouse - Read schematics/build terminal block assemblies accordingly.
-Cut/ferrel/terminate wire -Populate back panels
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field - Proficient in using office equipment - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff at all levels - Experience on MacBooks, iPhones, IPads preffered.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling clerical tasks Please note that only qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview.
This position will be approx 30% office work & 70% working in an unconditioned warehouse.
