Summary:
Under the general direction from the Director of Human Resources and in collaboration with the Human Resources Coordinator, the Human Resources Manager will be responsible for delivering the highest level of HR support to the Bluejack team.
The Human Resources Manager will ensure HR initiatives and projects are in support of Bluejack's Mission, To create exceptional lifestyle experiences one family, one member, one guest at a time.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION(S):
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Weekly payroll processing for approximately 200 employees Provide support to employees regarding payroll, PTO accruals, payroll deductions and general pay inquiries Ensure accuracy of voluntary and involuntary payroll deductions Manage payroll reporting and audits Assist with application of HR policies and procedures Recruiting for non-exempt positions Conduct HR training including but not limited to New Hire Orientation, Benefits Orientation, Leadership/Manager training Benefits Administration Assist with Coaching and Counseling protocols Workers Compensation administration Assist with workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures Provides prompt, courteous and accurate service to employees, applicants, business partners, members and guests Performing other duties as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES) High school diploma or (GED) Bachelor's degree required 1
years HR/Payroll experience Excellent overall communication skills Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues Adept to problem-solving, conflict resolution and change management Exemplary work ethic, integrity and attention to detail Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook and Word Knowledge of HR best practices, HR policies, benefits administration, compensation and wages Ability to work independently Ability to make independent judgments which have moderate impacts on the employee/member/guest experience Bilingual in SPANISH strongly preferred APPROXIMATE SCHEDULE AND HOURS:
50
hours a week.
May require weekdays, weekends, and Holidays.
Schedule will be dictated based on business needs.
