Summary:
The Night Security Manager will oversee facility security to protect all Company/Member Property and will also manage and/or implement security protocols related to the staff, facilities, members and guests.

Duties/
Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of Security to design, develop, and implement security systems and protocols.
Continuously monitors property, security systems and activity.
Monitors and responds to emergency situations.
Identifies potential threats to physical security, employees and member's safety, and asset protection.
Conducts security inspections of Company property including, but not limited to:
The Fort & Fire Pit, the Place, the Jerky Shack, Blake Cottage, the Lemon Drop, the Gas Pumps, the Dragonfly, Agronomy, the Range Shack, the Water Treatment Plant, the Sewer Plant, the Construction Gate, the F&B Trailer, the Housekeeping Trailer, MS01, the Square, the Golf Trailer, the Pool, the Shed, Member's Lounge and Lodging Manager's Office.
Oversee security aspects with onsite construction detail.
Detect, report, and/or correct any Maintenance and /or Agronomy issues that are discovered or reported.
Recommends security systems protocol based on findings of security inspection.
Drafts, maintains, and updates security procedures and documentation.
Provides training on security procedures and equipment.
Assists with budget development for security systems and applicable hardware.
Performs other related duties as required.
Able to adjust hours from time to time and work some holidays and weekends when necessary.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Must exhibit high levels of trustworthiness, integrity, and reliability.
Extensive knowledge of security protocol and procedures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to provide training on security policies and procedures.
Ability to work with confidential and classified information.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related.
Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Some college preferred.
Two-to three years of security experience required.
Level 2 non-commission security licensed preferred or must be able to obtain within the first 30 days of employment.

Ability to traverse various areas of the facility to conduct inspections and plan security procedure Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
