- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check guests into class - Provide information about studio - Answer phone calls/texts and respond to guest inquiries in-person - Assist Coach with demoing exercises and assigning stations - Tour new attendees around studio - Maintain a clean and organized studio Skills:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills - Strong attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using phone systems and computer software - Problem-solving skills to handle guest issues promptly - Ability to work well in a team environment If you have a passion for providing exceptional guest service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
