Front Desk Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner - Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints - Perform order entry and maintain accurate records - Assist with store tasks such as cleaning counters, racking clothes - Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in using office equipment and computer software (Microsoft Office Suite) - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information We offer competitive pay.
