Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Seat guests and manage the seating chart, - Take reservations and manage the waitlist - Provide excellent guest service and address any concerns or issues - Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations - Operate the Toast POS system to process payments and manage orders - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/cashier station - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or guest services role is preferred - Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude - Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations - Knowledge of the Toast POS system is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Note:
