Here at Lone Star, we have been raised up as mission minded followers of Christ.
Our congregation first gathered in a small community pavilion, moved to an arena, then to services at an open-air ranch and finally to a tent on a property we could not afford but for the provision of God.
Today we are a 3,000-member congregation with an amazing sanctuary, fellowship hall, education building, and arena.

This position will be expected to attend all church services.
The Position:
As the Ladies Ministry Director at Lone Star Cowboy Church, you will play a crucial role in leading and nurturing the spiritual growth and emotional well-being of the women in our congregation.
This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, impacting the lives of our members and creating a lasting impact in our community.
Position
Responsibilities:
Cast the vision and direction of the Ladies' Ministry; motivating others to fulfill the vision.
Manage the daily activities of the Ladies' Ministry by leading or overseeing weekly bible studies, outreach events, retreats, conferences, camps, and other activities.
Develop and oversee a wide variety of programs and activities that will meet the unique spiritual and emotional needs of the women of the church.
Oversee the annual budget for the Ladies' Ministry and manage the day-to-day stewardship of that budget.
Conduct cost analysis, estimating expected costs for each event and prepare and implement a budget based on estimates.
Equip a leadership team of committed women to further discipleship efforts.
Keep LSCC's leadership team as well as the Ladies Ministry leadership team abreast of ministry activities by providing resources, documentation, and communication, as needed.
Ensure the Ladies' Ministry social media presence is being maintained and assist with the creation of content for devotionals, prayer, and marketing materials to promote the ministry and upcoming activities.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required Minimum 5 years of experience in a church ministry Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting, developing, managing, and leading volunteers and teams Experience managing a budget, with the ability to manage money effectively Proficient in Google Suite and other applicable software, (i.
e.
, Breeze, Microsoft, etc.
