Summary:
This position is responsible for daily overall supervision of the Spa including coordination of massage therapists, estheticians, nail technicians, spa attendants and front desk.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Be knowledgeable of all functions of The Sanctuary.
Lead shift as MOD.
Coordinate scheduling for group exercise instructors, personal trainers and pool attendants.
Open and close The Sanctuary.
Provide accountability for staff by conducting walk-throughs and monitoring daily checklists.
Execute pool and fitness events.
Work closely with Director of Wellness to communicate department goals and objectives.
Enforce policies and procedures within the department.
Assist with training of new staff members and on-going training of current staff members.
Communicate needs for linens, supplies and equipment.
Provide solutions for member and guest feedback.
Personalize spa visits for members and guests.
Interact with members and guests in a professional, efficient and courteous manner.
Be a pleasant team player with fellow co-workers and leadership.
Maintain professional conversation with members and guests at all times.
Maintain knowledge of all Sanctuary offerings.
Promote and sell retail products.
Attend spa and company trainings and meetings as needed.
Communicate member and guest feedback to Director of Wellness as necessary.
Report any maintenance issues as needed to Director of Wellness.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES) MUST SHOW ADAPTABILITY IN A BUSY ENVIRONMENT.
MUST BE ABLE TO MULTI-TASK.
PREVIOUS SPA OR HOSPITALITY EXPERIENCE REQURED.
APPROXIMATE SCHEDULE AND HOURS:
Must be able to work weekend days and Holidays.
Shifts and hours may vary based on business demands.
PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires an average amount of physical labor such as bending, stooping, walking, reaching, standing and carrying items of moderate weight.
Must follow all aspects of on-the-job safety.
