Part-Time and Weekends.

Starting pay is $18 per hour LOCATION:
Arrowhead Hill POSITION SUMMARY Represents the venue as the first point of contact with guests and handles all stages of a guest's stay.
Demonstrates our core values by providing excellent customer service.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Greet and welcome all guests in a friendly and helpful manner Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or take messages Check guests in and out and assist with luggage Make room keys and welcome packets Maintain the record of guests that have checked in and out Address guests concerns in a productive way and take partners to provide solutions Ensure accurate and timely completion of inventory and POS transactions KEY CHARACTERISTICS Excellent interpersonal communication skills Must be able to clock in and out according to the work schedule Overall excellent customer service Punctual MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Must be at least 18 years of age High School diploma or equivalent required Ability to work weekends and holidays Previous hotel experience a plus Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs.
