00 an hour Duties - Provide administrative support to the office team, including but not limited to:
filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist with front desk duties such as answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries to the appropriate person.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Assist with project coordination by organizing and maintaining project files, tracking progress, and communicating updates to team members.
- Perform general office tasks such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining office equipment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Qualifications - Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other office software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
