Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
Analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work.
Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
Must be organized, self-starting and be able to work under minimal supervision.
Essential Functions include but not limited to the following:
Assist with contract preparation and review including but not limited to:
marina slip lease agreement, vendor agreements, golf tournament agreements.
Assist with attorney correspondence on contracts and member incidents.
Maintain COI binders for all companies.
Maintain golf donations and certificates.
Maintain insurance records upkeep including but not limited to:
Safety program (monthly), OSHA spreadsheet/complaints.
Order and maintain first aid supplies for the club Data entry for any/all admin personnel if needed.
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor and/or EVP.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
