Our business is growing and we currently have an opening for an individual to perform a variety of tasks ranging from general administrative and clerical office assistance as well as internal sales support.
This candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a customer service environment.
They should also possess the ability to develop our ongoing business relationships through superior customer service initiatives, excellent communication skills, and an overall upbeat and positive attitude.
Knowledge and experience in marketing or graphic design is not a requirement but is most definitely a plus.
Some of the specific duties and requirements are, but not limited to the following:
SKILLS:
High school diploma or equivalent education and one to two years of experience in general business administration, marketing, creative design, email marketing, communication practices and procedures Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software and database programs Knowledge of marketing software Knowledge of social media tools, i.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement 2.
Create and curate engaging content for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
3.
Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer feedback.
4.
Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to measure the success of social media campaigns.
5.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate emerging platforms and techniques into our strategy.
Office Assistant
Responsibilities:
1.
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
2.
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department.
3.
Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and records as necessary.
5.
Collaborate with team members on special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience in social media management and content creation.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities.
Previous experience in administrative support role is a plus.
Graphic design experience a plus.
