Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations at our Woodforest location, ensuring seamless functionality and a stellar customer experience.
Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and strong negotiation skills.
Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and provide detailed information about our services and products.
Coordinate schedules, manage calendars, and organize events and workshops to enhance client engagement.
Assist in the execution and innovation of marketing and promotional activities to elevate brand visibility.
Collaborate with our dedicated team to refine office processes and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or customer service, ideally within the health and wellness sector.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
Superior organizational and critical thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Capacity to operate both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
Availability to work full-time hours, including Mondays to Saturdays.
